By providing this full range of services, Livengrin is able to provide help to a patient regardless of the point at which they enter treatment. Then, the patient's transition to other phases of treatment is made smoother, without the person's changing to other agencies and having to relay paperwork.
We understand that coming to an addiction treatment center, or bringing a loved one here, is a lot like going to the hospital. You know something needs to be done to help you, but you may not be sure exactly what will be done, how it's done, and what that will feel like. It can be a little nerve-wracking until you see that Livengrin is a safe, secure, professional organization – that we're here to help you attain better health, not judge you. Our campus is a good place to get away from the outside influences that bring on a person's craving for drinking or drugs.
Our staff is highly-trained continually receiving new training on the latest information and concepts in addiction therapy. Our clinicians publish their research in national professional journals.
Evaluation Each person's path to recovery starts with a comprehensive clinical assessment. This ensures that our highly-trained staff can direct the patient to the best type and length of treatment.
An initial "intake" can be accomplished at one of our facilities or with a phone call. Our website provides an online form that can reduce the time needed to bring someone into treatment.
We draw upon the initial information you've given us, including biological, social and psychological histories. Together we can determine that Livengrin is the appropriate facility for you – because the individualized therapeutic plan is a crucial tool for success.
We may recommend that you initially stay in our residential program at the main campus in Bensalem.
OR
We may advise you to go into an outpatient program, for people who are able to carry on with their daily lives at home and at work, while receiving treatment across the next several months at one of our six Counseling Centers.
