COMPLETE OFFICIAL RULES

1. Livengrin Foundation’s Ride of Your Life Raffle begins on November 22, 2008 and concludes on May 18, 2008 (the "Raffle Period").  Livengrin Foundation, Inc. is the sole Sponsor of the Raffle.  Net funds received by the Raffle will be dedicated to patient programs at Livengrin Foundation, Inc.

Each ticket costs $20.  The Sponsor, at its discretion, may sell tickets at a different price as part of a particular promotion, to any person or group of persons, for any period of time that the Sponsor specifies.

To Enter: 1) Online Ticket Purchase: A Ride for Recovery microsite at www.livengrin.org (the "Web Site") will be posted at a time specified by the Sponsor.  The visitor to this site may fill in the online ticket purchase form and submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions during the Raffle Period.  The ticket buyer will receive by mail as many tickets as are purchased in that transaction.  2) Mail Purchase: Legibly hand-print your name, address, zip code, day and evening phone numbers (including area code). Also include, from a valid Visa Card or Mastercard, a credit card number, expiration date and security code (last three digits of the numerical set on the strip on the back of the credit card).  Alternatively, you may pay by personal check made out to Livengrin Ride of Your Life Raffle.  Mail your information in a first-class postage-affixed envelope to: Ride of Your Life Raffle, Livengrin Foundation, 4833 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, PA 19020.  Mail ticket purchases should be postmarked by May 12, 2007 to assure delivery to Sponsor.  See Sect. 7 of Rules.  3) Telephone Purchase: call 215-638-5200, extension 310, and leave your name and daytime telephone number.  You will receive a return call within the next two business days in which you conduct a personal credit card transaction with a Livengrin representative.  4) Personal Purchase:  tickets may be purchased from designated Livengrin employees or their authorized sales agents.  Inquire at the reception desk of any Livengrin Foundation location, after January 1, 2008, for information or call 215-638-5200, ext. 310.

Tickets purchased online or by mail/telephone, on or after May 12, 2007, will be held for pickup by the purchaser at the Ride for Recovery event sponsored by Livengrin Foundation on May 18, 2008.

Only original tickets are eligible to win.  Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted.  There are no returns nor exchanges of tickets once purchased.

2. Eligibility: To enter the Raffle you must be a lawful permanent resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and be a licensed driver 18 years of age or older.  Raffle is void outside of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia), in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, possessions and commonwealths, and where restricted or prohibited by law. The Raffle, and any web site pages and advertisements relating thereto, is intended for viewing only within the United States. You are not authorized to participate in the Raffle if you are not located within the United States.  Members of the Ride for Recovery Event Committee, as designated by the Ride for Recovery Event Executive Committee, are ineligible to win in this Raffle.

3. Drawing and Notification: Potential prize winners will be selected from all eligible entries received in a random drawing held on or about May 18, 2008 by Livengrin Foundation, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects.  Only one prize can be won by any individual ticket.  Multiple prizes can be won by a single ticket purchaser, assuming the winner holds the necessary individually-purchased raffle tickets corresponding to winning tickets drawn.  Should a later date be utilized for the Ride for Recovery event due to weather or other circumstances, the Raffle winners will be selected on that date.  Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible tickets sold.  Prize winners do not have to present at the drawing.  Prize winners not present will be notified by phone, email and/or mail within approximately three (3) days of the drawing.  If a prize winner cannot be reached within ten (10) calendar days from the date of the drawing, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

4. Prizes: [A] One (1) Primary First Prize: A 2008 Harley-Davidson Sportster 883 motorcycle, with a Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of  $6,695.  The sole winner of the Primary First Prize may select, in lieu of the Primary Prize, the Alternate First Prize of $5,000 in the form of a check from Livengrin Foundation, Inc., drawn on funds on deposit at a banking institution of the Foundation’s choice.  [B] One (1) Second Prize: a flat-screen television, with an ARV of approximately $1,000.  [C] One (1) Third Prize: a Nikon digital camera with enhanced capacity memory, with an ARV of approximately $300.  The specifics of all aforementioned elements of any prizes in the Raffle shall be solely determined by Sponsor.  Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value.  All prizes will be awarded. Taxes, licenses and registrations, freight and handling charges, vehicle prep charges and other expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.  First Prize Winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the Prize.

5. Prize Conditions:  At the discretion of the Sponsor, potential winners of raffle prizes will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release").  Such document must be returned by the date and/or time indicated within such document.  If a potential winner fails to return such document within that time, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.  If prizes or prize notifications are returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.  All federal, state or other tax liabilities (including income taxes) arising from this Raffle will be the sole responsibility of each winner.  Except where prohibited by law, the winners’ entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, and city and state address on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation.

6. Raffle Conditions: This Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.  Licensed by Bucks County, PA, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, # 07-136.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Raffle or these Official Rules. Winners and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and its commercial and philanthropic partners, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including personal injury or death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Raffle-related activity or participation in this Raffle, or any claims based on rights of publicity, rights of privacy and/or merchandise delivery.

Net funds received by the Raffle will be dedicated to patient programs at Livengrin Foundation, Inc., a private, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

7. Limitations of Liability: In case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared made by the holder of a government-issued photo identification of the person whose name is selected as a winner.  Any potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that such winner is the person named on the ticket(s) drawn.  Raffle Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrectly addressed, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable, destroyed, or postage-due Mail Purchases and/or lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or incomplete Online Purchases due to system errors or failures, or faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions and/or Online Purchases not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, or faulty transmissions, or for any problems or technical malfunctions.
