Supportive: Helping patients and their families feel completely comfortable with the journey to sobriety.

Innovative: Solid, evidence-based, advanced drug addiction treatment.

Livengrin has a long tradition of offering innovative treatment, while rejecting fads and anecdotal-based systems. As a mission-based, non-profit organization, Livengrin focuses on top-level clinical treatment while also providing a top-quality facility that creates a positive environment for change.

Livengrin was an early adopter of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) using Vivitrol/Naltrexone, a non-addictive, non-mind altering medication that reduces the urge to consume alcohol and opioids.

Our clinicians choose from an extensive list of evidence-based therapeutic programs as well as skill-building groups and activities to create a customized treatment plan for every patient. Also, every residential patient receives a dedicated case manager who helps with non-clinical needs, aftercare placement, and post-discharge follow-up and outcome measurements.

Medical staff consists of physicians, nurse practitioners and registered nurses trained and experienced in addictions treatment. Many are Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) and most are also certified addiction counselors through the Pennsylvania Certification Board.

Livengrin drug rehabilitation centers provide quality care to our patients and their families, offering many free services designed to support healing throughout the family unit. We also work closely with the community to offer education efforts and resources. Our Alumni Association is very active in the community and we often connect them with current patients to initiate a sober support system before they leave treatment.
