Management & Operations
Director of Facilities Maintenance
Bobby has been with Livengrin for over 10 years and is responsible for facility and site maintenance of all of the Livengrin locations. He oversees security and transportation for our patients, and serves as Safety Officer for the Foundation and co-chairs the Risk Management Committee.
Dana Cohen, MA, MEd
Senior Family Therapist
Dana is a devoted and dedicated clinician with more than a decade of experience in the drug and alcohol field. She holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychological and Behavioral Sciences, a Master’s degree in Human Sexuality Education from Widener University and a second Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
from La Salle University. She began her employment at Livengrin in the Admissions Department as an Assessment Counselor later moving into Family Services. It was from her interaction with families in the waiting room that Dana discovered a true passion to work with families affected by the disease of addiction.
Dana facilitates Livengrin’s Family Education Program called “Day of Enlightenment”, conducts family and couples therapy, and facilitates support groups. She participates in various speaking engagements to local colleges, hospitals, and businesses and has been in the forefront in developing educational seminars for members of our community. Dana also provides clinical trainings to staff and other agencies on family systems theory; has presented at various state and nationwide conferences throughout her career and is an educator, a therapist, an innovator and advocate for families.
Evening Administrative Supervisor
Diane is Program Manager for the detoxification/medical unit. Her career at Livengrin spans over 30 years. In addition to her extensive clinical experience, Diane has served in a variety of supervisory and administrative positions, and has received advanced training and certification in clinical
supervision by the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs. Diane has provided coaching, supervision and mentoring to a variety of current key leaders in the behavioral health field, and has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families recover one day at a time. She has an undergraduate degree in liberal studies and is dually certified in Addiction Counseling and Co-Occurring Disorders by the Pennsylvania Certification Board.
Director of Nutritional Services
James has 36 years of experience in the foodservice industry. Beginning his career in fine dining and casual dining establishments in Bucks and Montgomery Counties, James moved into the field of management for large contract foodservice companies and not for profit continuing care
retirement communities. After earning a B.S. in Hospitality Management from Widener University, James earned his A.O.S. in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America. He is proud to be a Livengrin alumnus and enjoys being in an atmosphere of recovery. James grew up in Bucks County and currently resides in Warminster.
Director of Admissions
Brook has worked in the healthcare field for over 25 years, with expertise in Admissions, Utilization Review and Billing. In 2000, Brook transitioned into Behavioral and Mental Health and subsequently Substance Abuse, providing oversight and management in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
She joined the Livengrin staff in 2015. Brook earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Morgan State University, Master of Science in Health Administration from Villanova University and Doctorate in Public Health from Walden University.
Donna has over 40 years of experience in healthcare. Starting her career in pharmaceutical research, she returned to school to obtain a BSN degree when she changed her focus to patient care. Employed at Livengrin since 2000, Donna started as a staff RN and currently serves as Nurse Manager.
Donna holds a BA from Knox College, an MS from Fairleigh Dickenson University, and a BSN from University of Wisconsin. Donna is a member of IntNSA and is CARN certified. Donna enjoys bicycling, gardening, and holds a 2nd degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do karate.
